Closing date for grand prize draw: midnight on Tuesday 14th April 2015
Daily prize draws close at midnight each day from Monday 16th March to Tuesday 14th April 2015.
Only one entry per person per day will be counted for the daily prize draw, plus one bonus entry per day for the daily prize draw.

Daily prizes: Chip Shop Supper Kit including 1x £10 Young’s voucher, 1x ketchup bottle, 1x gingham tablecloth, 6x party poppers, 6x chip cones and forks, 6x, chip shop style newspaper sheets, 1x Chip Shop 30th Birthday tea towel. There are 30x Chip Shop Supper Kits to be won in total – one each day from Mon 16th March to Tuesday 14th April 2015.
Grand prize: 1x family coastal cottage holiday. This will be fulfilled via a voucher worth £750 to be used with www.holidaycottages.co.uk which must be used before 31st December 2015.
The Promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Island residents only aged 18 or over only, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of Young’s Seafood, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
To enter, you need to create your Chip Shop Fish Supper Plate on the ‘Win a coastal holiday’ tab at www.YoungsChipShop.com using the application and enter your details into the data capture form.

1x daily prize winner will be selected at random and independently verified from all valid entries each day from Mon 16th March to Tuesday 14th April 2015. 30x winners will be picked in total.

The winners will be contacted via email with the email details used to submit their entry by Tuesday 21st April 2015. In the event that a winner fails to respond to the initial notification within 21 days, their prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original.
Prizes will be posted to winners using address details provided within 28 days of address details receipt.
In the event of an entrant’s email changing the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
The Promoter (i.e., Young’s Seafood) cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages or entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, computer hardware or software error or for any other reason beyond its control.

No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. by the use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’). In this event that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions or anyone who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
No cash or other prize alternatives are available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and prize award and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage to Participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the Young’s Seafood website.
To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter shall have no liability and accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance or use of a prize.
Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
